Yes, we offer samples free of charge. The delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, etc.) are covered by the buyer, but these are typically refunded once an order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. However, we welcome trial orders and are open to discussing specific project needs.
What are the payment terms?
For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, a 30% deposit is required before processing, with the remaining 70% due before shipping.
