What's the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15um?
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above as per your request.
What color and thickness can you provide for powder coating?
We can do any color for powder coat as long as you provide a color sample. Our standard powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
What wood grain options are available?
Popular colors include Western Red Cedar, Australia Cedar, Jarrah, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, and more. Custom colors can be matched to your samples.
How is the weather resistance for the wood grain finish?
We use Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film. It complies with AAMA Standard 2603, passes 1000h UV/Salt spray tests, and offers a 10-year color guarantee.
