1. Extrusion
The first step in SPC flooring manufacturing is extrusion. We utilize 4 fully automated extrusion lines for high efficiency and consistent quality.
- Thickness range: 3.5mm to 7.5mm
- Daily capacity: 25000+ sqm
2. UV Coating
Utilizes an automated production line with a capacity of 5,000 sqm per 8 hours. UV coating creates glossy or matte finishes and enhances wear resistance and anti-slip properties.
3. Cutting/Grooving
Automated lines cut flooring to desired sizes and create precise four-edge locking clips. Capacity is 7,000 sqm per 8 hours.
4. Soundproof Padding
Application of IXPE or EVA mats. IXPE insulation can reduce noise by up to 18dB, providing a quieter walking experience.
5. Packaging
Fully automated packaging line capable of processing 2,000 packages in 8 hours. Customized packaging and palletizing with corner protectors are provided.
