Our company was founded in 2008. After devoting ourselves to aluminum extrusion for more than 10 years, we now have two factories covering 380,000 sqm and more than 2,000 employees. As a large-scale aluminum profiles manufacturing enterprise, we have established a complete production line ranging from die design and making to various surface treatments and final assembled products like windows, doors, sun-houses, and wardrobes.
There are more than 70,000 sets of dies in our warehouse. We operate over 35 sets of extrusion machines with capacities ranging from 600 tons to 4,000 tons. Our surface treatment capabilities include anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain transfer, sandblasting, and water paint profiles. For deep processing, we utilize CNC machines to provide precision components.

Q1: How is your pricing calculated?
We use the daily aluminum ingot market price. The ingot price is fixed on the day we receive the 30% deposit, while the processing cost remains fixed as quoted.
Q2: Where are your manufacturing facilities located?
We operate two large-scale factories in Shandong Province, China. The nearest international airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car, providing excellent logistics connectivity.
Q3: What is the production lead time?
Building new molds typically takes 7-15 days depending on complexity. Mass production usually takes around 20 days for orders ranging from 1 to 200 tons. Urgent processing is available if required.
Q4: What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit by TT, with the balance settled before shipping or against the BL copy. Irrevocable LC is also acceptable.
Q5: Which international markets do you serve?
We serve a global market including North America (USA, Mexico), South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile), Europe (UK, Spain, Poland), Asia (Japan, Korea, Vietnam), and various countries across Africa.
