SPC Flooring Production Line Slotting Machine
The Double End Tenoner slotting machine is designed with German high technology. This DET line is applied for SPC flooring, LVT flooring, and laminate flooring production line. There are 6+6 stations (including scrape cutter) and 6+8 stations (including scrape cutter). With precision tools, the slotting line can process Unilin, Valinge and I4F click systems. The flooring click profile machine has the advantages of wide adaptability, simple and fast regulation, and high precision.

SPC stands for stone plastic composite (or stone polymer composite). SPC flooring is an upgrade and improvement of regular luxury vinyl tiles (LVT). The main contents of SPC are natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizer combined by a certain ratio to provide a very stable composite material.
SPC flooring is considered the new generation of floor covering, featuring extreme stability, high performance, complete waterproofness, high-density solid core, and indentation resistance. It is formaldehyde-free and safe for both residential and commercial areas.
Full production processes of SPC flooring
1. Crushing + Milling
Recycle SPC waste materials into powder to be reused in the raw material ratio.
2. Mixing
Uniformly mix raw materials in a high-speed mixer and cool them to prevent discoloration.
3. Extrusion
Extrude materials through a twin cone screw and laminate the wear-resistant layer and color film by heat.
4. UV Coating
Apply UV paint to prevent dust and scratching while increasing abrasion resistance.
5. Cutting
Automatic multiple ripsaw cuts the big board into required plank sizes.
6. Slotting
Process four sides into certain lock shapes using longitudinal and transverse double-end tenoner machines.
7. IXPE/ EVA underlay laminating
Apply underlay to the back for better sound insulation and walking comfort.
