Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we operate our own specialized manufacturing facilities.
Do you provide samples?
We can supply samples free of charge, though delivery charges are covered by the customer. Providing an International Express Account is recommended.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 metric ton for each individual model.
What surface treatments can you provide?
We offer mill finish, powder coating, anodizing, wooden grain, and electrophoresis. For powder coating, we can match any color sample provided.
How is the mold fee handled for new designs?
If a new mold is required for your specific profiles, the mold fee will be refunded once the order quantity reaches a certain predefined amount.
What are your standard payment terms?
Typically, we require a 30% T/T deposit with the remaining 70% due before loading for the first order. Future orders may allow for balance payment against the B/L copy.
